Working with us
No. Your first consultation — including a Medicare assessment — is completely free and there’s no obligation. We’d rather you feel informed than pressured.
Our guidance is provided at no direct cost to you. As an independent agency, we’re compensated by the carriers when you enroll — which keeps our advice focused on the right fit for your needs, not on selling one company’s product.
Whatever is comfortable for you. We’re happy to meet face-to-face at our Jacksonville office, talk over the phone, or connect virtually — you choose.
We’re based in Jacksonville and focus on Duval, Clay, Broward and Miami-Dade counties — and we’re licensed in 15 states, so we can help clients well beyond Florida. Give us a call and we’ll let you know how we can help in your area.
Medicare
Most people can review and change coverage during the Annual Enrollment Period each fall (October 15 – December 7). Some also qualify for Special Enrollment Periods after certain life events, like moving or losing other coverage. We’ll help you understand which windows apply to you.
In short, Medicare Advantage (Part C) bundles your coverage — often including drug and extra benefits — through a private plan with its own network. A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) works alongside Original Medicare to help cover out-of-pocket costs. Which is “better” depends entirely on your doctors, prescriptions, travel and budget — that’s exactly what we help you compare.
Plans and prices change every year, and so do your needs. Each year we’ll review your current coverage against what’s newly available to make sure your plan still fits — at no cost to you.
Health, retirement & income
Yes. If you’re under 65 and need health coverage, we shop the ACA Marketplace for you, check every subsidy you qualify for, and match you to an individual or family plan that fits your doctors and your budget — during Open Enrollment or a qualifying Special Enrollment Period.
Yes — certain annuities are designed to provide guaranteed income you can’t outlive. All guarantees are backed by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company, so we help you choose reputable carriers and structures that match your goals and comfort with risk.
Absolutely. Bring what you have and we’ll review it honestly. If your current coverage is a good fit, we’ll tell you to keep it. If there’s a gap or a better value, we’ll show you the options.
